Module-1- WE SELL IT YOU SHIP IT - Sellers Fulfillment Program

  • Submit Portfolio and Product Details / Existing WEB PORTAL to My European Shop.We will carry out the necessary formalities and get your product listed on leading European portals. This module allows vendors themselves to ship products to the ultimate buyer.
  • Seller can either ship the product themselves or if the want to use our  logistics support and custom clearance we can also provide them the same but in both the cases the seller has to make sure that the product reaches the customer in time. If seller is opting for self Fulfillment programme the delivery time mentioned while listing must be between 7-10 days because logistics,custom formalities and time to reach ultimate buyer in Europe is between 7-10 days
  • We will create a unique shop id representing your store in local language and currency. Listing will be done under our VAT / YOUR VAT (in case you opt for your own nonresident vat).
  • Price will be determined after making a cost sheet, calculating cost of the product, freight, custom duty and other actual expenses and profit margin.
  • Product file will be uploaded on a leading European e-commerce portal under the umbrella of my European shop/name of your shop.
  • Once the order will come you will have direct access to the order received.
  • You will ship the product with your/our logistic partner ensuring timely delivery.
  • Your account will be linked with our portal with a unique customer id reference number and amount will be transferred to your account.
  • All the guarantees for refund, and return will be provided by our organization (local company) to the customer and will be debited from your account.
This process is simple but logistics plays an important role as single order shipment will attract high logistics costs, besides the local customs clearance which makes product expensive and sometimes uncompetitive in the local European market.
This is only profitable if the product weight is more than 5-10 kgs and selling cost is more than 100 Euros, making it viable. The cost of 1-5 kg and 10 kg is almost the same. We suggest opting for the latter only when the product is of high selling value and heavy in weight.This module has only one small constraint. Some of the European portals allow only 3-5 days for shipping goods. With Own fulfillment, it can be challenging to deliver, as with logistics and customs it takes 5-7 days so the market access in this module is restricted.

Module-2 Our European Warehouse Network – Seller Fulfillment Program

Market your products in Europe from our multiple warehouses. This module is markedly the best, and definitely the most recommended module to our vendors.We store these products in one of our warehouses and sell the same product on different online stores in different countries (b2c/b2b) while utilizing the same stock
